At LRP we recently launched a series of Dowgate Hill House tenant networking events after recognising just how diverse and interesting our client community truly is. During our breakfast meetings, we noticed that clients naturally connected, shared ideas, and discovered opportunities to support one another’s businesses. This inspired us to create dedicated networking events where tenants could engage more deeply, exchange experiences, and build valuable professional relationships.
Our latest event at Dowgate Hill House brought together a range of businesses and featured two insightful guest talks that sparked meaningful conversations among attendees.
The first speaker, Action Coach, focused on topics that affect all of us in both our professional and personal lives. The session explored best practices around time management and planning, maintaining quality time and wellbeing, and creating processes that work effectively on an individual level. Attendees left reflecting on their own work habits and how small changes can positively impact productivity and balance.
We also welcomed Business Disability Forum, who delivered an engaging talk on creating inclusive workplaces. The discussion highlighted how organisations can remove barriers in the workplace and better support neurodiverse employees. Clients found the session particularly valuable, gaining practical insights into building more inclusive and supportive working environments.
The event was a great success, with clients praising both talks and enjoying the opportunity to connect with one another in a relaxed and engaging setting. We are already looking forward to hosting the next networking event and continuing to bring our tenant community together.
