We recently threw open the doors at 19/21 Great Tower Street for an evening that was equal parts property showcase and good old-fashioned get-together – and honestly, it turned out to be one of those nights where the building pretty much sold itself.
The goal? Ditch the formal viewings and do something a little more real. So we invited a brilliant mix of brokers for an evening of live DJ sets, seriously good pizza, flowing prosecco, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the pressure’s off.

The focus was the newly prepped 3rd and 4th floors – both fully managed, ready to move in, and designed for modern businesses that want quality without the faff. Having a room full of people moving through the space gave it a completely different energy than an empty viewing ever could. You could actually imagine working there, which is kind of the whole point.
The building’s location speaks for itself too: steps from Monument, Bank, and Tower Hill stations, right in the heart of the City. Whether your clients are commuting in or your team’s spread across London, it just works.
The undeniable highlight of the night? The roof terrace. One of those features you have to experience in person to fully appreciate – guests kept gravitating back out there, and we completely understood why.
It was a great crowd – plenty of familiar faces plus some brilliant new ones – and the kind of evening where proper conversations actually happened. Exactly what we were hoping for.
