Offices aren’t just about desks and meeting rooms anymore. Instead, they’re about the people you’re surrounded by – and the chance to connect with them.
That’s exactly what we set out to do at Westlink House with a recent tenant networking event.
We hosted the afternoon in one of the building’s breakout spaces on the ground floor, with plenty of people also heading up to the roof terrace as the event went on. Having both indoor and outdoor space made it easy for everyone to move around, chat, and settle in without it ever feeling too formal.
With drinks and canapés flowing, tenants from across the building came together to meet their neighbours, share what they do, and get a better feel for the mix of businesses based at Westlink House.

One of the highlights of the afternoon was hearing directly from a few of our tenants and getting a closer look at what they do day-to-day.
Cocoon Sofa Beds welcomed guests into their showroom within the building, where plenty of people took the opportunity to try out the sofas – and yes, a few were already picking favourites.
Kevin from DSC Apparel shared how their collections come together, from design through to partnerships and sales. This gave everyone a real insight into the brand behind the name. He also mentioned that DSC Apparel is one of our longest-standing clients and one of the first companies to join us at Westlink House.
Engin from Chissa London, a husband-and-wife partnership, brought along samples of their decorative paint finishes, showcasing the level of detail and craftsmanship involved. One of these finishes will soon be featured in the reception area – a great addition to the building.
What events like this really show is that a great office isn’t just about the space – it’s about the environment around it.
Giving tenants the chance to connect, collaborate, and even just put a face to a name makes a real difference to how a building feels day-to-day. It’s something we’re continuing to build on at Westlink House.
